At LensCrafters, diversity means appreciating the differences and similarities in our associates, doctors, customers and vendors to become the best place to work and shop. We created our Diversity Council in 1999 to enhance our diversity programs through award-winning training, supplier diversity and volunteer opportunities at home and abroad.
